This image inspires some of my thinking around what KM is (should be?)
That is, we build a process/path but often due to other inputs or ways of thinking a different approach opens up. The outcome may well be the same, or not.
I read that both paths could be considered design (engineered vs accidental) and are user experiences. And what we truly see is a ‘desire path’.
