Sharing the stuff I’ve learnt along the way…
I’m a learner and a sharer. When I learn something new, I get excited and want to share what I’ve learned with anybody interested.
It is a passion (quirk) that has taken me down the path of learning design and delivery and then onto knowledge management.
I’ve worked in some great roles, where the knowledge application has not supported the needs of those who use it. Not everyone is passionate about knowledge sharing and if we don’t make it easier, or reward those who share then it will continue to be a challenge.
Yes, we can store information, tag it, categorise it, and enable everyone to access it when needed. But the key part is the sense-making and context of that information. It is only of value if we understand how to use that information. That’s when it becomes knowledge. And I want to help organisations discover their knowledge and then store it for reuse, in easy-to-manage, digestible chunks.

One Foot Forward
Signed up for One Foot Forward which a free virtual walking event in October.
